- Spanish Rice:
Cook the rice as per the instructions over the package by substituting 1 cup of pasta sauce for 1 cup of water. Now stir in capers, Spanish olives and chopped scallions. Hot Spanish rice is ready!
- Potato Casserole:
Boil potatoes as per your requirement. Then mash the boiled potatoes and mix them with some pasta sauce and grated Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish. Top it with more sauce and cheese and bake it at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. And it’s done!
- Quick Ratatouille:
Chop bell peppers, onion, zucchini, eggplant and garlic cloves then sauté all these ingredients in olive oil. Add 2 parts of pasta sauce to 1 part of water and add some basil to it. Simmer until the veggies get tender.

Combine 1 cup of pasta sauce with ½ cup of Kalamata olives. Then add ½ cup of chopped roasted peppers, a big spoonful of capers and some parsley to it. Enjoy it with crackers.
- African Stew:
Chop onions, garlic cloves and ginger finely; then sauté them altogether with curry powder. Now add 1 jar pasta sauce, 2 cups of water, 1 can of white beans and a diced sweet potato. Cook in simmer until tender and then stir in ¼ cup of peanut butter. And yummy African stew is ready!
- Stuffed Mushrooms:
Chop mushroom stems finely. Mix well breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems and grated Parmesan cheese with a bit of pasta sauce. Stuff this mixture to mushroom caps, brush or drizzle with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Stuffed mushrooms are ready to serve!
