Perry’s Off-the-Menu Features Available for DINE-IN or TO-GO

Available throughout February, Perry’s off-the-menu Seasonal Plates include:
 
•    Turtle Gumbo: Perry’s gluten-free gumbo is made with Louisiana turtle and Perry’s homemade Texas sausage. All Cajun spiced and thickened with sassafras powder, accompanied by a shot of Fino Sherry to add if desired. $14
•    The Three Kings Mignon: 8 oz applewood-smoked bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon, the King of steaks, topped with King crab and Truffle butter, made from the King of mushrooms. $49
•    Primal Flight: A curated selection of Perry’s Reserve Texas Akaushi Wagyu beef. ???? 3 oz. Filet Mignon ???? 3 oz. New York Strip ???? 3 oz. Ribeye. Each cut is seasoned with Perry's Signature Steak Seasoning, and finished with Akaushi beef tallow, and served on a hot cast iron plate. $99
• White Chocolate Cheesecake: White chocolate cheesecake is served over a Graham cracker crust with blueberry compote and topped with sour cream icing. $12
• Chocolate Jubilee Cake: Provides a generous portion for two, this decadent ten-layer “Blackout” cake with dark chocolate buttercream layers, iced with a dark chocolate ganache, and served with a tart cherry compote is flamed tableside. $18

Chicago Restaurant Week Now Through February 9 
Enjoy a specially curated three-course prix fixe menu for $60 per person at all three Perry’s Chicago-area locations. Available for dine-in and to-go with a 15% handling fee applied to to-go orders. Menu highlights include:
•   First Course: Choice of Turtle Gumbo, French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, or Signature Wedge Salad.
•   Second Course: Choose from the 8 oz. Filet Perry (wrapped in Applewood-smoked bacon, topped with crabmeat), Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, Chargrilled Salmon, or Seared Scallop Pasta. Premium options: Cedar Plank-Fried Redfish (add $5), 14 oz. Prime Ribeye (add $15), 20 oz. Prime Bone-In NY Strip (add $15) or $22 oz. Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye (add $25)

Lake County Flavor Festival February 1–28:
Exclusive to the Perry's Vernon Hills location, this three-course menu for $60 mirrors the Chicago Restaurant Week offering. It is available for dine-in and to-go (with a 15% handling fee) but is excluded from February 13–16.
•    First Course: Choice of Turtle Gumbo, French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, or Signature Wedge Salad.

The Schaumburg Perry's Steakhouse & Grille location showcases a $60 three-course prix fixe menu daily during this event. The menu includes Perry’s most popular dishes, such as the 8 oz. Filet Perry and Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, plus indulgent dessert options.
•    First Course: Choice of Turtle Gumbo, French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad, or Signature Wedge Salad.
•    Second Course: Choose from the 8 oz. Filet Perry (wrapped in Applewood-smoked bacon, topped with crabmeat), Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, Chargrilled Salmon, or Seared Scallop Pasta. Valentine’s Week Specials

Valentine’s Candlelight Dinner for Two (February 12–16):
This romantic offering is perfect for couples looking to celebrate love. Priced at $185 for dine-in or $155 to-go (plus a 15% handling fee), the meal includes:
•    Entrée: A 12-ounce Filet Mignon Roast and two 4-ounce steamed lobster tails are served with sauces such as Béarnaise, Truffle Merlot, or Roasted Peppercorn.
•    Sides: Choice of whipped potatoes or seasonal vegetables.
•    Dessert: Half-dozen Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Kisses.
•    Ambiance: Tables are adorned with rose petals for dine-in guests, and to-go orders include votive candles for at-home romance. Reservations are required, and a $15 cancellation fee applies for bookings made for February 14.

Prix Fixe Valentine’s Dinner (February 14–15):
Celebrate with a three-course meal priced at $69 per person (early seating before 5:30 PM), $79 (seating after 5:45 PM), or TO-GO, $69. Tax and gratuity are not included. 

Menu includes:
•    First Course: Choose from Lobster Bisque, French Onion Soup, Turtle Gumbo, Field Greens, Signature Wedge, Caesar Salad, or Pear and candied Pecan Salad.
•    Main Course: Choose from Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, 8 oz. Filet Perry, Chargrilled Salmon, Chicken Oscar, Cedar Plank-Fired Redfish, or Spaghetti Squash Primavera. Add 14 oz. Prime New York Strip (add $10) or $14 oz Prime Ribeye (add $20)

Valentine’s Second Chance (February 23): - DINE-IN or TO-GO

Oak Brook Hours: DINE-IN dinner service will be available Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The bar is open until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Schaumburg and Vernon Hills Hours: DINE-IN dinner service will be available Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The bar is open until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
